funniest thing is the claim tht khan(my hero) visited korea 10 times without the knowledge of government and agencies...lol....khan is a hero and people like samar mubarak who is a punjab, was always against him and infact tht idiot tried to take all the credit for atom bomb in 1998...
mobidick, Samar’s area of interest is impressive, its not just limited to enriching uranium and copying datasheets and designs.
But then again, you wouldnt know about these things, all you care about is your Mollah at the local mosque proclaiming the ‘attomm bum’ should be used to nuke israel.
That allegation has never been actually proven in a court of law. Until a sentence is pronounced upon him by a court, it remains an alleged offence.
Same with the selling of technology. No court has ever established whether or not there was any truth to his claims of having sold nuclear technology, so he is only alleged to have been responsible.
That is the important thing - the conviction did not stick. The Netherlands has in independent judiciary that is free from interference by foreign governments. A conviction in the Netherlands cannot be overturned unless legal grounds exist for it.
You seem to misunderstand the concept of a willing fall guy. Dr Khan falsely claims responsibility for the actions of successive Pakistani governments, and as a result evades any kind of legal process and prevents a trial that would bring to light the involvement of several Pakistani governments in the transfer of nuclear technology.
The important point is no trial and thus never an actual legal assessment of proof of guilt. All he has had is trial by media… and in the case of Iraq and WMDs, we know how reliable that is!
At the end of the day, you have a man who was exonerated by a Dutch court of having ever commited criminal activity in Holland, and who was never found guilty by a Pakistani court of ever having committed a crime.
With no convictions for any crimes, how can you state he was a criminal?
Which court was he sentenced at? Not that it really matters.
He is the great. He is a hero. And that’s the honor no one can take from him given to him by the nation. Today, because of him and many many others, Pakistan is in better conditon than ever before.
