It is quite possible that she may have been in hiding with the rest of AlQaeda all these years. Afterall she had been exposed as an AlQaeda agent and a KSM family member. Given that her three young children also disappeared with her, it seems plausible that she went into hiding herself. Security agencies are not equipped to handle toddlers and dont arrest toddlers.
So she was picked up by agencies in Pakistan and then according to your theory she somehow managed to escape (with nothing in news about that) and was in hiding since then, is this what you are saying?
