I was just watching Dr. Amir L.'s show on ary. Affia’s sister was there and said there would be a hearing on the 10th. Anyone have more details? She requested Surah Muzamill be recited.

In 2003? As for aafia, isn't she an american citizen as why would they give a trial to an "enemy combatant" caught in afghanistan in new york? Things are fishy everywhere (her family, US, Pakistan).

I don't know if Aafia is innocent or not but Americans should release her as a goodwill gesture. People like Raymond Davis got away with murders so why can't Aafia be released even if she was involved in terrorism somehow. Thousands of people come out in streets to support her and it will send a positive message to them if Aafia is released.
