Dr. A Q Khan probe a ‘closed chapter’

Tasneem Aslam declared yesterday in a briefing that the Dr AQ Khan probe is over. Another scientist Dr Mohd Farooq was released recently.

If really a closed chapter, this is a significant event. But can we be sure the issue won’t pop its head up again and cause concern…?

It was never really an open chapter. There are many things we don't know and likely never will.

We dont matter. I'm afraid it's the foreign bosses who might reopen the chapter anytime they feel like;
US>UN>IAEA

What happened Haris? You seem to be a bit gloomy today!

Not sure if "we" matter or not. But "our actions" in future will definitely matter.

If we remain the corner stone of US wolf pack, we could have any number of nukie toys we want.

US wolf pack has several hot issues going on around the world. If we scratch uncle Sam's back, he will return the favor. Guaranteed! I am sure you have heard the saying "Bunda Bunday ka daroo hota hai" (Only a man can provide another man some badly needed medicine).

I question however the timing of these statements from our baboos. The whole world is focused on nukes and Iran. Why do we crave to be in the same $hitty spot light.

Keep it quiet and keep it secret. Just like our Israeli brothers (and unlike the Irani bhonpoos).

p.s. AQK did a stupid thing by getting involved directly in the whole affair. He could have used a small time "disposable chota" for his "business".
