downloading old journal

errrr how about letting ppl know how to download the journal.
and it has to be more than 48 hrs.
I suggest a week after the techies have given info on how to download the journal.

like so:

in your journal, choose from “Journal tools” menu

Downoad
text format or xml format

XML format does not work... :)

I had opened a thread about it during the transition to AD and it went un-noticed in feedback :)

what I did was to save the whole HTML pages via File-Save As option of the browser....

it actually gives me offline feel and look :)

Well phir txt se kaam challao :)

You can save the txt file and send it you yourself as a PM, and there you have it in HTML format. And now it even sends you an email notification, so you'll also have a backup there.

thankoo i was looking atthe new journal, btw teh xml dunn work, like gupshup ki khawateen it comes back with soem fatal attraction..err no fatal error

The text thats saved, you can send the saved text as PM to yourself or someone else :whistling and there you have it in HTML format, which you can save or leave there in your inbox..

Removed the xml option altogether now :) ab wo khawateen tang nahin karaingi.
