As far as i can see, there is no option to download your blog entries…so it looks like copying and pasting is the way to go…for now. 
I don’t know [rather, i can’t remember :o] if we had the feature implemented previously, but it would definitely be useful…all your blog entries downloaded via a single zip file…hmmm.
