What would you do if someone double parked their car in front of yours in a way that you’re blocked and didn’t leave their no?

I would call the police as the first action. Personally, I’ve never double parked anywhere but have had people park like that but there is a bit of space to leave through. Usually, those people have their numbers placed on the dashboard.
