You need to have visual web developer 2005 & DNN framework for it. I am just wondering anyone familier with the concept of skinning, module development.

Nuke (e.g. PHPNuke) has been around for a long time and there's hundreds of duplicate technologies of it for creating websites and what not. I'm sure the other platform skins and maybe even some modules would work on the .net version.

Joomla beats any *nuke *cms out there. Joomla took care of mambo *(software from which it originated from) so it should not have any problem taking others down.
