india-afgan relations improved after taliban goverment overthrown
Words Are Not Enough!
Would India accept Afghan buddies in her Secular land? I hope so!
Because, you know that's what the article is really about. Friendship of India-Afghanistan. Common point--> Nexus against Pakistan.
YAWN Pak destroyed Afghanistan. As in Pakistan says, Saala Baat Karta Hai.
ISI Monkey problem, yeah I know that!
As they hate Pakistan and Pakistanis, Afghans should pack up their bags, leave Pakistan and reside in India or in Afghanistan. This is how they can mean their own words ;)
What we see here is that the Hindu fundamentalist led government in India is very publicly trying to build bridges with the anti-Pashtun elements of Afghanistan. Nothing wrong with this in itself, as the minorities now hold sway in Kabul.
What needs to be asked here is why India can deal with a fundamentalist country like Afghanistan yet has problems dealing with a secular and modern Pakistan in the same manner?
In fact even in the nature of this thread we can see the crocdile's teeth. An apparent attempt to build hatred and emnity between Pakistan and Afghanistan instead of a request to build ties between neighbours by say, increasing trade, sports links, diplomacy etc.
Surely the Indians must boot out the poisonous Hindu fundamentalism which presents India in such an evil fashion. Don't vote for BJP/RSS, vote for sexy Sonia instead
pakistan also dont want indian
help pass through its terotory for afgans. india never involved in aghans
civil war as pakistan did. pakistan pursued its policy of interference
to get strategic depth to be used against india.
.
india never involved in aghans
civil war as pakistan did
Didn't India provide support to the NA?
What I would say is instead of whining, why not use the opportunity to build bridges with Pakistan instead of using it as a chance to stick the boot in further? Accept the fact that there is a dispute in Kashmir, but be mature about it and improve relations in unrelated matters like trade, sports entertainment etc.
To be frank, India's singling out of Pakistan strikes most neutral observers as pathetic. It's time for Indians to grow up, and booting out the Hindu fundamentalists in the coming elections will be a big step in the right direction.
India can try and snuggle up to afghanistan as much as it likes but pakistan is linked too strongly to afghanistan despite the betrayal of musharaff!
The afghans shop in pakistan they exchange money in pakistan there economy is linked to pakistan.
India has helped the NA with support and weapons but it is an enemy to the majority pashtuns!
India might have its little influence in Kabul due to all the military support it lent to the NA, when they used to get whooped by the Talibans. But, forget about getting any goods getting to Afghanistan through Pakistan, at the expense of Pakistani industrialists. As long as we supress India economically in Afghanistan, that's all really counts.

Only the people of NWFP, the pakhtuns are close to the Pashtuns, apart from that there are no linages in the two countries... What do the Panjabis and Sindhis have common with these people. As for your trade views, let me rephrase that... The Pashtuns also hate the farsiwans. Afghans carry out full time smuggling in Pakistan. The other day I just saw some electronics stuff pretty cheap from Barra Bazaar, courtersy of, you know who....
