DO: DO is Doctor of osteopathic..meaning doc of only bones and muscles. DO are specialized in muscles and bones and they r only recognized in States , not sure about in Canada.

MD: MD is Medical Doctor recognized every where in the world!

but i think MDz r not allowed in Pakistan ... there they have to do that 'House Job' and have to take some exam ....
