Doodh savaiyaan

Anyone have a good recipe for doodh savaiyaan? I need it asap, and the simpler the better! Thanks in advance :slight_smile:

1/2 stick unsalted butter
1/2 lb saiviyan
1 qt half & half
1/4 cup Almonds
4-6 Green Elachi
1 cup sugar

fry the saiviyan in butter, also roast the almonds in some oil or butter set almonds aside
add half & half to the browned saiviyan and bring to boil slowly keep stirring do not let the milk rise over the pan. add crushed elachi and almonds and sugar. should be done in less than 1/2 hour.....:)

darn it, I dont have half and half and its too late to go to the grocery... can I use regular milk??

Yes you can use regular milk......the end product will be less creamy........
may have to boil it a little longer.
