I just remembered an incident from the past …

I was in my office , had bought milk and 7up can to break my fast with iftar time. Gora Colleague was sat right next to me … Come the iftar time, I popped open the soda can and mixed it in the milk bottle … he kept looking at me with eyes wide open … later asked me darte darte , what in the world was that ?

Me: Milk soda …
Him: Holy crap , I have never seen that before ..
Me: pbbttt

two days later , I saw him doing the same .. standing in the pantry , chupki si mixing 7up in milk and tasting it … he is absolutely stuck with it now … told me when he went to the football game one day, he was having his milk soda while buddies were on beer …
… doodh soda is addictive people .. it really is …

Oh yeah,doodh soda it’s nice. But we add tukh malanga[don’t have a clue as to what it’s called in English] in it. With khujoor it’s delicious.

Fanta / miranda is a bad choice coz its got citrus in it , citrus in milk can make it go off and dangerous to drink … lekin pepsi ki kia baat hai bi .. surely the color goes strange but the taste is yummy

i dont think it would go bad with orange soda…some people make “oranje creamcicle shakes” with OJ and yogurt or OJ and milk and ice cream…so i think it’ll be fine…not sure it would taste good.

afro , you have a valid point …I always thought milk goes off if we mix citrus in it … I guess i was wrong :hinna:

sweefie, join the pepsi wala dood soda club .. the 7up dood soda ones hate us … but lets out do them .. and convert them into one of us

@Guac; I like mine with more soda as well … but milk goes off with half and half combo … its happened to me majority of the times .. so now I just go with 3/4 milk rest soda technique

Chicken Biryani- The milk shouldn’t go bad or even fizz up…I add some ice and then soda and wait till the soda stops fizzing (usually stir a spoon in it to speed it up)… then add milk…this way no matter what the proportions you never get fizzy milk

Maroush- you’ll love it…it shouldn’t be fizzy

that sounds a bit like a root beer float, except instead of milk it's ice cream which i would think tastes similar

I’ll actually pop to the shop do get 7up later (I’m so sad aren’t I?) especially to make this.. lol. Do you think as a first timer I should put in some rooh afza? Or is that for the hardcore dhood soda drinkers? hehe

I have irn bru at home.. I’m guessing that wont work in this?

I’m going to try it for the first time too. Mostly everyone has been writing that it is delicious, so it’s worth a try!

Though , I must add that I like the fizziness in the milk .. so when you wait for the fizz to be reduced , does it not change the taste of the soda ? coz drinking if within 2 minutes of making it , and drinking it once the fizz is gone , are two totally different tastes … though they can be personal preferences too .. what say?
