I just hate weekends Seriously. I must be the only person on this planet who doesn’t like weekends. Kaafi months se Friday night se mujhay ghabraat ho jati hae ke what am I gona do with all this free time? Two days are too much free time. There’s nothing to do and your mind gets overtaken by dumb thoughts and ideas.
Today is Saturday. What are your plans? I have to go to the tailor (have been putting off the trip for so long, office maasi ban k jaati hoon need to get those cloth pieces stitched takay office bandi ban k jaaon ) Then I have to look at a car at night.
I BETTER go to the tailor today
Cleaning up your room and re-organising your closet. You can’t do that every week! That’s another weekend activity of mine. By the weekend my room usually looks like a disaster area with clothes all over the place :Dmashallah se.
Friends are usually busy with family on weekends.
TV? I hate watching too much TV. Its a waste of time.
movies? waste of time.
sleeping? waste of time and extremely pathetic.
cooking? cook kis lyay hae
i hated my weekend last week...i had so much work to do. and i was having an argument with everyone in my house. otherwise weeknds mean sleeping until 2...sometimes even three devil look ... pm
AQ…my whole family is busy in the weekends…
Yeah when we were kids, those were sweet times…we used to go to park n stuff and visit places, relatives all together lekin ab now that we’re all older…everybody is busy in their own thing…so we don’t do that anymore…which is kinda sad…
and besides, over here, I even do not have anyone virtually at home … all alone … apni marzi kay maalik but whenever I am getting late than usual, I hear my ammi huzoor’s voice in my head from time when I used to get late from friend’s house
Working full-time during the week has made me cherish weekends. I literally spend my entire week counting down for the weekend to arrive. At least I get to somewhat catch up on my missed sleep, relax, spend time with family and do a few chores around the house.
As for my Saturday, I plan on vaccuuming my room. Perhaps would like to do laundry as well and look after mom and help her out, insha'Allah. Not to forget I look forward to sleeping in, insha'Allah.
Waisay, now that you have a degree and have a good job, masha'Allah, why don't you start looking for a hubby who can look after you and your parents while you go to work and earn rozi roti?
