ITHACA - Nearly half of all Americans believe the federal government should restrict the civil liberties of Muslim-Americans, according to a new national poll.

People who identified themselves as Republicans or highly religious were more likely to support curtailing Muslims’ civil liberties than Democrats or less religious people, the Cornell survey found. And respondents who paid more attention to TV news were more likely to fear terror attacks and also supported limiting Muslims’ rights.

“It’s disturbing news, but it’s not unpredictable,” said Mahdi Bray, executive director of the Muslim American Society.

Although the survey said 44% favored some restrictions on Muslims’ civil liberties, 48% said they shouldn’t be restricted in any way. Among other findings:

27% want to require all Muslim Americans to register their address with the government.

22% said racial profiling to identify terror threats is okay.

29% thought undercover agents should infiltrate Muslim civic organizations to keep tabs on their activities and fund-raising.

Sad indeed. It is time to avoid Palistinazation of Pakistani-Americans. It is time to set up separate mosques for Pakistanis only. It is time to denounce Middle Eastern tribalhood that is eating away at the very core of Arrabobs.

Arrabobs have used militancy against Israel from 1948 until today. What is the result: Loss of Arab territory after every war.

Enter Ozie Bin-Ladeen starting similar militancy on global level. The result is obvious, the world will push Arrabobs into ghettos. If Pakistanis want to live in ghettos, hey bud! be my guest. If however Pakistanis love their country, and want to see their future generations prosper in the world, they must move away from the so called "Mullahtic brotherhood". You either side with modern day prosperous Ali Baba, or be part of 40 tribal thieves. The choice is yours.

p.s. Mullahtic idiotic followers on this board will jump on this, because they know Pakistan has a decent shot at making it big in this world. These Mullahtics would rather see Pakistan as a poor 3rd class country. They will use every religious trick in their hand to move Pakistanis away from the a good future.

Sarah516 I dont think it will happen. People in U.S are very diverse in ideologies. There are some people that stereotype Muslims but in general most U.S citizens know that it is only a bunch of muslim anarchists not all muslims.
