Re: dont feel hungry during ramzan?

It's actually not that uncommon. Especially considering that it's pretty hot outside...you tend to eat more when it's cold because the more fat you have on you, the warmer you are. If it's already hot outside, then a healthy body will switch the hunger switch to "off" or "eat a little less" because you don't need to get warmer. Not the most technical definition, but I'm not a medical expert. Add the fasting on to this, and weight loss isn't unusual. I know I'm experiencing it along with a lot of people I know. The trick is to stay hydrated and make every bite count. Don't waste what appetite you have on pakoras and junk food. Fruit, fresh veggies, protein-rich foods, a glass of milk, yogurt...the healthy stuff is the way to go. If you find yourself feeling full after a minimal iftaar, then take a walk or do a light workout. That may work up the appetite.

And of course, always talk to your doctor if anything doesn't feel right.
