Dont eat infront of me !

Do you feel hungry when you see someone else eating ?

I will be honest , I do :hula: .. usually during lunch break at work , i keep sitting at my desk and dont eat .. but the minute I smell good food and see colleagues eating , my stomach starts to go mad and grumbles and grumbles :frowning:

LOL i don’t feel hungry when someone else is eating BUT when im full and i see someone else eating, i feel like throwing up :bummer:

depends on the food really… Usually i will want to eat too :bummer: and yes …like you… my cravings are automatically controlled in ramadan only :frowning:

yup like blueangel said there are some foods that can make me still want to eat even after i have eaten but on the whole it's not that bad

Well I couldn't care less...

I'm used to not eating as much as others but I have to in order to keep shape.... I also have a terrible level of endurance and the dicipline of a guardsman.

That said I admit if the other folk are overdoing it and happen to be going on an all you can eat buffet than I will avoid the temptation and go for a stroll...

CB when your stomach starts to grumble...why not eat? If you are avoiding to eat too much then just snack on carton of cherry tomatoes or cut up some cucumbers....or munch on baby carrots.....these will keep you full but will not let you overload on calories.
