No. But will it be asking too much to post/paste an article which suggests that the cow-milk, with all its nutritional benefits (calcium etc) is designed for humans and there are no harm-ful affects in that milk?
This thing has gone back and forth numerous times. I am still searching to see a comprehensive article which studies the chemical composition of cow-milk and agrees that it is beneficial for human beings. If you have one, feel free to present it here. Got Milk? :)
I hate milk and never took an interest in reading up much about it. dairy products like cheese and cream are a whole diff story.
I would take teh word of leading medical journals and the AMA etc, who although have certain recommendations about milk, have not gone so far as to say that it should be avoided.
so when AMA and not health 101 says something along those lines, then I may spend my time trying to find something to the contrary.
I've always found it disturbing that this is the same drink that a calf drinks to quadruple it's body weight in less than a year. Should we really be drinking this?
My doctor has told me not to use dairy products coz they make me really sick and I'm sure the same doctor has told someone else to drink milk as often as s/he could coz it's good for that person's health. The main point is, milk is good for some and bad for others. It's perfectly alright to say that it's beneficial for health but at the same time it's also true that milk doesn't suit everyone's body "system"!

I have found it more disturbing thinking about who came up with the idea to begin with..
same for eggs..who thought that the could break and eat something that comes out of a chicken's posterior

Milk is not just milk. The milk of every species of mammal is unique and specifically tailored to the requirements of that animal. For example, cows' milk is very much richer in protein than human milk. Three to four times as much. It has five to seven times the mineral content. However, it is markedly deficient in essential fatty acids when compared to human mothers' milk. Mothers' milk has six to ten times as much of the essential fatty acids, especially linoleic acid. (Incidentally, skimmed cow's milk has no linoleic acid). It simply is not designed for humans.

i think the last remark is just exaggerated. Of course cow milk is not human milk. But as adults there is no problem with drinking cow's milk (ur not going to tell me that if there wasn't cow's milk u would have drunk human milk?)
that the exact content isn't the same doesn't mean that it is not suited, cuz human milk isn't designed either to cover the daily need of an adult

Fifty years ago an average cow produced 2,000 pounds of milk per year. Today the top producers give 50,000 pounds! How was this accomplished? Drugs, antibiotics, hormones, forced feeding plans, and specialized breeding; that's how.

Fraudz covered this up very well, cuz -especially in US- almost all groceries are genetically modified. So by that token stop eating at all.

You may be surprised to learn that most of the human beings that live on planet Earth today do not drink or use cow's milk. Further, most of them can't drink milk because it makes them ill.

it's not the milk that makes the ppl ill, it's something which is in their body, or at least the lack thereof. And even with human milk, this getting sick after drinking would occur. It's just natural in some ppl that they cannot tolerate milk anymore when they grow up.

I am curious about the person who invented cheese-making. So one day he or she was sitting around and decided to make cheese?
And butter.

story goes that it was an Arab or an African who carried a 'bottle/sack' of milk on his journey through the desert. After some hours when he tried to drink it, he only found a gelly-like substance in his bottle: cheese
