while i agree that innocents shouldn't be harmed in any conflict, i believe the blame lies more with the militants than the army. If one starts shooting from a house at the army, they'll only wait for so long before dropping a bomb at it. Now these brave 'saviors' of the ummah are known to fight behind human shields and when the army strikes back, they are labeled as butchers.
