the most important, it can bring to the mind of forgottens that the miracles of ALLAH r every where,every place & his powers shall never b forgoten,for that it can bring a sense of thought to a person ,that of y was he created & wt he is doing.

I disagree. Do you really believe that those who have forgotten Allah would take something that can be classified as entirely co-incidental to reaffirm their faith? Not.
When a person has love in their hearts for Allah, everything around them reflects it. But when a person is lost from the right path, then nothing you can do can bring them back until and unless Allah puts the idea in their head.

Allah uss ko hidayat deta hay jo khud hidayat ka talib ho, aur jo khud gumrah hona chahay uss ko hidayat nahin milti
iss zimin main chand batain zehn main pukhta renee chaahiyen:
pehli baat Quran ki aik ayat doosri ayat ko mazeed samjhnay main madad deti hay lehaza Quran hee main irshad farmaya:
Balil Insaan o Ala nafse hee Basirah
Translation:bay sahk Insaan apnay nafs say khoob waqif hay
yaani her insaan jaanta hay kay jo kaam woh kar raha hay woh ayaa sahih hay yaa ghalat...
aur yahan per "free will" ka tasawwur mazeed mubrhan hota hay....
iss ko mazeed aik ayat: Alasst o be rabbekum; Qaloo bala say mazeed taqwiyat milti hay -- jub kay Yom-e-alast main Alam-e-Arwah main jub kay Sirf Arwah-e-Insaani kee takhleeq amal main ayiee thee, Allah Tabark wa taa'la nay tamam arwah say ehd liya thaa kay Allah hee unn ka rab hay.... chuna chay yeh baat Insaani shaaoor main azal say moujood hay aur yahan per Allah kee Sannaie aur takhleeqat ussi ehd kee tazkeer (yaad dehaani) kaa samaan peda kartee hay....
Doosr baat, jahan tak Allah kee hidayat denay naa denay ka sawal hay tau Nabii-e-Akhiruz zamaan Muhammad-e-Mustafa Ahmad-e-Mujtaba Sallalla ho Alaiyehe wassallam say, jub kay aap Hazrat Abu Talib kay bagher shahadat diye dunya say chalay jaanay per gham zada thaay, farma diyaa gaya tha:
Wama Alaina Illal Balagh ul Mubeen
Trans: aur App (SAW)ka kaam **sirf* wazeh (mubeen) taur per pohncha dena hay. *

and ayat is not verse.. ayat means "sign"...
