Jokes are not explained!!! and yes not only me but the Pakistanies ( ex-cluding Jiyalas) believe that Govt. has shown ill-intentions towards implementing the NRO decision.. do you think that half a dozen resignation is coming out for no reason…
but again, it is not something which you would understand.. it takes some gray matter in head to understand the notion… anyway, just two/three days back, Aitzaz Ahsan has said that Govt. has no choice but to follow SC’s direction and decision.. this does give some indication that govt is actually not obeying what has been told by SC… please follow the news and not Statemetns of Baber Awan and Rehman Malik, Fouzia Wahab etc only
