Because the A team and the domestic team have such a low turnover, i.e. very few new players are introduced in the national team (and that too at a very late stage), we are faced with the problem of stagnation. The same players that were playing 5 years ago are still there. There has been no progression of skill.

I am waiting for the day when Anwar Ali Khan makes into the squad. I know the management will ignore him like Mohammad Asif but when the day comes, Anwar will sure make his mark.

^Even during the U/19 World Cup Final, the commentators r saying that all the bowlers r talented but Jamshed and Ayub seem to be more of a complete package than Anwar Ali.
