ok i havent had a mikky D or burgerking meal in yrs .. reason is the same as mentioned they put flavoured sh1t in it.. yes that is true .even the bread is not made of flour . its made of chemcially produced stuff to taste like bread.. try keeping it for a cpl hrs and then eat it .. ull feel the difference ,, they raise their cows in the amazons and are causing the green gases effect.. cose they cut down the trees there .. so poor or not u have a choice ..
i d rather eat a chinese deli sandwitch .where they prepare it the very same day.. not freeze it for 500 days ..

thats good! I sometimes have that instead of junk. People keep telling me sandwiches are healthy but they don't fill me up! so I eat a sandwich and then junk!

Hmmm… I like turkey sandwiches… but theyre haram so gotta refrain from that… tuna on a roll … and the occasional burger…
Lol… so its better you not eat sandwiches, cuz youll cut down on the junk that way!

I had a pizza slice for lunch today and in the evening had some chicken with nan from this takeaway.
I just tell me colleagues to get me whatever they are having so long as it is halal.

Cool... I havent had much of an appetite lately... yesterday had coffee and a donut, today nothing so far... maybe some fruit later.
I have a good recipe I found and tried from online for chickpea salad... that is, if you like salads... mr trying to eat healthy! :)

Nahh I wouldnt ever starve myself. I just dont eat till I get hungry. And lately I dont get hungry very often.
