doing business in Canada and United States.

A friend of mine recently registered a small company in United States. He wants to also have a part of the company in Canada and operate between the two countries. What are the legal requirements for this?

where is your reply?

Starting your own business is a very common thing nowadays. At first you will need to come up with a name for your business and, of course, a trademark which should represent the name.Important aspect is to try and register as fast as you can, because some people might try to register your trademark.
