I didn’t call anybody dog here. The Dog vs Bear is a Metaphoric explanation of what i believe of Me vs MQM in Pakistani affair threads.
When somebody says its raining cats n Dogs it doesnt mean that dogs and cats are falling from the sky

Its related to this thread please check the posts above. Wine and others accused me of calling all forum members as dogs and demanded a ban for me.

barking at the wrong tree - Another metaphor (idiom) used for a wrong accusation

Every dog has his day - Another idiom used in English Language

Underdog - Another word explaining a less important in Hierarchy

So many words.......I recommend teggy to study Idioms and their meanings

I have removed the posts that you mentioned. I hadnt done so because you were complaining about me, and there was a conflict of interest. I can move those posts to feedback as well, if you wish.

Ok leme give another examples with dogs as part of it

Barking at wrong tree : Doesnt meant that a u r a dog and barking, it simply means that u r accusing somebody wrongly

An underdog : doesnt mean that u r a dog but means that u r at a lower level in heirachy

If u follow most of my posts you would appreciate that i seldom discuss people.....but i focus more on delivering an argument. The Dog Bear fight was an example i gave and it was not intended to call anybody a dog or myself a bear.

I hope its clear now and pro MQM posters like Wine etc etc....will chill down and rethink on their demands for banning me. Same goes for Mr teggy....hope he understands that too...

English is a very colorful language with beautiful use of idioms!

The reason your post was edited is because it was deemed insulting. Many a times others’ posts are edited in which they mock you. They do not take it personally to the point of opening threads left and right everytime their posts are edited. Everyone is treated fairly and equally.

Referring to fellow members as “dogs” even metaphorically will not be tolerated. GupShup allows you to voice your opinion but there is a fine line between privilege and the right to say whatever you wish.

Any further personal attacks, or provocative name-calling may incur infractions including disciplinary action.
