Yes i believe in it as it is mentioned in the Quran that Allah’s wrath comes in the form of quakes and storms when people sin a lot. Vulgarity/obscenity is one of the major act/sin disliked by ALLAH and it can bring ALLAH’s wrath although it is not the only sin that brings it. Earthquakes/storms are caused in order to punish some people and to give a wake up call to some people who are involved in great sins that are not only limited to vulgarity but also includes sins like disrespect to the parents to great extent, interest,corruption,claiming the wealth of the orphans,deceiving etc etc.
