chachi always told me to take juices ,fruits and other energetic food items in morning time specailly in breakfast or after breakfast…she says it wont give u much benefit if u take them in evening or night…
is that true..
that for example if i will take fresh orange juice in morning it will give me much benifit and if i took fresh orange juice in night or evening it will give me less benefit?
Your chachi is right, its very logical. At the early morning, the body is in a desperate need of nutrition after staying without food for nearly 8-9 hours. Whatever you take during breakfast will be digested and utilised by the body by the maximum percentage. So better to take good stuffs in the breakfast.
