Through out all my life, I didn't see a woman wearing such thing in Sindh. Though I heard about 'bhanhaRi - zevar related to hands' in traditional Sindhi songs. Let me ask my sis.

That’s “chumba”. Chiriyan da chumba (in punjabi) means bird house/ nest.
