For foundation Ive noticed when I blend my makeup really well it makes a difference in pictures. The colors you're using could be mixing with the light of the room and giving you that blotchy look on camera.
Blend your foundation with the rest of your face...even it out and make sure it doesnt look lighter than your neck!
