I thought Karma was about saat janams and being born and again and again in different forms based on your actions…like if you were a bad human you’d born as a bear in next janam?

If a person came back as a sacred cow that was fed and worshipped a lot was that person good or bad in a previous life?

Serious question

Human species is considered superior to everything else. So if a human is reborn as an animal (sacred or not) thats bad.

The other related concept is that you keep being reborn till you attain salvation at which time you are freed from this cycle of birth and death and go to paradise/heaven.
