MiniMe, FYI, PTV gets a lot of its revenues from the licenses they sell to the general public. Government owned or not, the fact that it's being financed with public money (tax or otherwise) means that it is publicly funded. And that also means they owe some sort of obligation to the masses as to not offend their sensibilities.
