When I look at the spectacle the Vatican Pope is bound to play, day and night, wearing a clown dress, carrying a very sympathetic face impression and after years of efforts he remains without any audience of God or angel…..
I am sure that if the Pope is given a chance to talk the truth, he will say that he does not believe in God.
What a silly series of statements.
^ Agreed.
Yahudi,
With all due respect, do you think before you type? "Clown dress" ? Be very careful when you trample on other peoples' religious sensitivities; the Pope is a religious figure respected by many - whether or not you agree is a moot point. People could laugh about our native dress as well for that matter. And what does dress have to do with personality or the work he undertakes ?
It is very ridiculous to hide behind sentiments, respects, and let us live an idiot life.
The Vatican Pope is very much a political figure issuing fatwas from a religious thrown, that is another thing that Christians in general are very mature and they have sanctioned him to Vatican boundaries.
This poor guy is usually picked up by the Church elders in his childhood, lives a prison life and as a chosen Pope is used for demonstrations, is carried out in a bullet proof glass box.
Does he believe in God? I doubt.
I don’t know, but your observations sound good…Hmmm…
If you’d only lay off the personal attacks it’ll be great…:k:
compared to the 'popes' ruling and ruining 'our' Islam nowadays, i think pope Johannes Paulus II is a great person. More like a grandpa figure
You see him as a grand father fig???
No condoms for HIV: Vatican
October 10, 2003 13:14 IST
Contrary to scientific advice, the Vatican is urging people the world over not to use condoms, claiming that they do not help protect against the deadly HIV virus, a BBC investigation has revealed.
Vatican leaders claim HIV, being several times smaller than the sperm, can pass through tiny holes in condoms.
The claims, extracts of which were released to the media, were made in the BBC programme Panorama, in an edition entitled 'Sex and the Holy City.'
'The AIDS virus is roughly 450 times smaller than the spermatozoon. (It) can easily pass through the 'net' that is formed by the condom,' president of the Vatican's Pontifical Council for the Family, Cardinal Alfonso Lopez Trujillo, told the programme to be telecast on Sunday.
The church opposes any kind of contraception because it claims it breaks the link between sex and procreation.
Meanwhile, Archbishop of Nairobi Raphael Ndingi Nzeki said condoms were helping to spread the virus. 'AIDS has grown so fast because of the availability of condoms,' he said.
Scientific research by a group including the US National Institutes of Health and the World Health Organisation, quoted by the programme revealed 'intact condoms are essentially impermeable to particles the size of STD pathogens including the smallest sexually transmitted virus...condoms provide a highly effective barrier to transmission of particles of similar size to those of the smallest STD viruses.'
'Statements like this are quite dangerous,' a WHO spokesperson told the BBC.
Dear Lajwab, making personal attacks and making attacks on a system are two different things.
Pls correct your understanding.
