Ok. I read a 300 pages book, dude had about 300 references.
ALL from AMREEKA, incidents, news reports previous researches.

Can our student not do it?? or they do??

I know there are tons about partitions, politics etc.

See even marketing and management book being read in institutes are written by foreign authors.

Never mind some thing simple as every day life, psychology or that sort of stuff.

But the thing is, there are a million books, about physiology, relationship, this and that...
why no one thought about pakistan and wrote something for other pakistanis to read??
I know there are books for non-pakistanis about pakistan.

I don't think Pakistani society is producing many writers these days, though a lot of doctors and IT geeks.

i like nadeem paracha, that guy is incredible and so many other writers especially from dawn news. i'm guessing they're all highly educated

Fatima bhutto is also a stellar writer, although i don't agree with some of her political views, her writing skills are great, it's even more obvious if you read her book and hear the way she talks during her interviews. good public speaker :)

Mirch dude, any book. there are sections and section of books about ppl, their thinking...
most hot ones are on trends... specially if its changing.

I mean we could use that for pakistan too.
