does it matter what time you wake up?

DOES it affect your weight loss, my mother said that theres no point going gym if you gna wake up at 12noon .....

will this matter, sometimes i stay up all nite doing my coursework…so i end up waking up at 12 or 1 sometimes..:{

yes. sleeping late causes all kinds of problems. people who work night shifts gain weight due to raised insulin level i believe, they get fatigued easy (lack of vitamin d), their blood pressure does not stay normal, generally health deteriorates.
