well there is lots of things to discuss here but i only say about the verse that you missed one big thing inthere which is like this"Men are in charge of women,because Allah has made the one of them to excel the other,and because they spend of theire property(for the support of women).so good women are the "obedient",guarding in secret that which Allah has guarded.As for those from whome you fear rebellion,admonish them and banish them to beds apart....................for sure we all knows that we cant explaine anything in quran without any fiqh or knowladge but according to the verse there are some conditions which most of us dont know.such as the verse explaine how the women can be .this verse also cover those womens who are commiting sin bravely and openly.
