i’ve been taking 10 cups of tea with 4 spoons of sugar [daily intake 40 spoons] a day [and that too dhaaba ishTyle tea] for the last 17 years and i feel just fine. u can wake me up at 3 am and i’ll take a cup of tea and go back to sleep right away…no effect on me whatsoever!
