Three 8 oz. cups of coffee (about 250 milligrams of caffeine) per day is considered an average or moderate amount of caffeine.Ten 8 oz. cups of coffee per day is considered excessive intake of caffeine.

Excess caffeine makes you nervous…irritable…causes anxiety and nausea. Plus can lead to insomnia and stomach problems.

But you’re drinking tea…so that has lesser caffeine. Btw how many cups a day is it?? :faizy:

That’s not too bad. I have three cups too, sometimes two chais and one coffee :chai:

for some people ( like me ) if you drink caffine your liver produces too much sebum which can cause acne,

i stopped caffine as a result.

i've been taking 10 cups of tea with 4 spoons of sugar [daily intake 40 spoons] a day [and that too dhaaba ishTyle tea] for the last 17 years and i feel just fine. u can wake me up at 3 am and i'll take a cup of tea and go back to sleep right away...no effect on me whatsoever!

I love coffee used to drink way too much, what I do now is have 1 cup in the moring and drink decaff for the rest of the day.

3-4 should not give you 'caffeine overdose' symptoms...
