hey everyone, I just wanted to add that I have actually tried this green tea thingy for some time now, n it really does work.
But you have to be careful , eat smart n have green tea , without sugar , n if u add a bit of lime , thats even better.
When youre dieting , it boosts your metabolism, and helps you burn more fat, and I need all the help in the world when Im on a diet.I actually lost 15 pounds in a single month , about 10 months ago
But now im enjoying life , and trying to start my diet again , but SIGHSSS , thats just another story
But you cant eat pizzas n cheesey stuff and then expect green tea to burn it off for you.
P.S: I know the taste sucks..especially without sugar and lime , but heyyy! if it works why not right?
