how many would you need to eat- daily?

everyone keeps telling me not to eat eggs all the time…but at the moment iv got a cold and a sore throat and boiled eggs are the only thing i wana eat.

I get acne from eggs if i eat them everyday for breakfast... so one day i would eat a pb and j sandwich and one day eggs

i didnt eat eggs regularly untill now as i am BF and have to make sure i eat healthy. But we make sure we buy organic eggs and milk.
