in Pakistan make the effort to celebrate independence day?
I haven’t ever celebrated, i mean had a party or anything.
if you do celebrate it, how?

No, i've never celebrated it here. Actually i never even celebrated it while in pakistan on the day... Except one day while visiting relatives in a village, I was invited as a VIP to the regional girls school special independence day program, but i wasn't allowed to go cos my dad thought it would make me a target for kidnappers!

every year
once we did it with full honour of purchum kishayee, saluting and then tarana 
then a cake
we use to start making 1000s of jhundiyaan weeks ago
