Anyone suffering or kno someone who suffers from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)?
My friend has recently been told that she has IBS and that her diet and stress levels ae the main cause of it.
Anyone who can offer advice on this from personal xperience?

A friend of mine has it..and she takes some fibre stuff for it..!
I think it,s irritable bowel syndrome..where the lower intestine is affected..i would try web md for any information!
