Remember all of them except Pakfuse. Alldost was a big failure and I still have a blog post about them deleting old blogs with all the entries. Goodnews was quite something. Deciphering her Urdu made my head hurt. She once got really pissed off when I playfully called her aunty. Apparently she thought aunties were those women who ran brothels. James Bhaand uncle was so cool. Haven’t met many people of that age who were so chill with young and old alike.
Remember Phatima, the pink? She was going to be an engineer. Don’t know what became of her.
I have to correct a couple of things though. You still are silly and no you didn’t learn being logical.
Because goodnews Urdu was so difficult to read, mods and other posters often missed all the profanity in her posts. Some of her posts used to contain bazaari galiyaaan, literally maa behen ki.
James is still around I think.
I miss phatima too. Also I miss EMM. I miss K337 and her million multis, and man was she awesome in every role.
And which red blooded male guppy from 2007 can forget Adrestia. Her posting her pictures in image and in her public blogs was one of the reasons why we used to have such high traffic

Reputation points given by users and how you could exchange the rep points with warning points to nullify a warning. I still don’t know why we don’t have that system anymore. It was really good.
i think the biggest change in the history of gs was introduction of life1. before that it was mostly male members, general was an interesting forum, the ratio of liberals to conservatives was 40:60 or so. even the conservatives were intelligent people - ehsan, Xtreme.. of course in today’s GS these guys will be considered liberals. posts of this caliber are now found here and there in the culture forums today.
then came life1 and wedding forums, every desi woman on the internet googling lehngas signed up. “zero tolerance” lead to the exit of the general crew. activity fell, general was disbanded by some cafeite egos. unimaginative people from nowhere became mods to handle the larger MIL discussions volume. GS’s complexion changed to what it is now - a pale NC20 :\
Anwaar had a political agenda? I always found him to be very polite. I don’t see him around and a lot of other regular old members like: Chandbeti, Phatima (what a genius she was), Shikra, Faisal, Lajawab, Sadiyah, Irem, Kamran Khan, RTWolf, Pretextatus, Zakk and many more.
