My cousin did her makeup from Cistre... it was okayish.. i mean she was wearing maroon and may b we r expecting out of ordinary ... just my opinion.. was too loud i think.... her valima make up was way better... Shaheen's r definitely worth their name... i did mine from Rose .... everyone one liked it .. it was subtle n very elegant.... hmm... Zara's r nice too.... got them for my Nikkah...

Aleezay -- Hmmm. I've seen pics of one bride (from her Valima) and she looked nice, but she was wearing muted colors, so maybe that's why the make up looks softer.
The reason I'm thinking Cistre is because of the convenience of its location (shadi is in the Sheraton).
I'll ask people to check on Shaheen as well.
Sheraz -- well she really looked lovely mashAllah, and the makeup didn't look heavy at all, but I suppose it's really more like stage makeup -- meant for photos and video, not close contact.

Sheraz CT after reading your comments about Depliex I am definetly having second thoughts about them:( especially coming that from a guy.. Was the makup really that bad??? Do you think you can share your wife's picture:) Some say they are the best and others say don't go there....what should i do?

Sahar please dont get that awful thick makeup done.I dont know whats up but they put a ton of white paint on all the Pakistani brides these days.It looks scary.Go for something natural and light, because a person like you doesnt need makeup at all.
