His sister Dr Fazeela was born in 1981 and they are supposed to have grown up together ... So He could be twin sibling placing his birth year at 1981 or he could be born 1-2 years earlier or 1-2 years later ... in order for them to be "growing up together" ...

I would place his birth year between 1979 to 1983

dr fazeela born in 1981..making her 33 yrs old...no way...she easily looks late 30s to early 40s. hamza looks early 30s.
