OMG so advanced age...lol ppl r luking for the designers for their babies....i can understand ur emotions...y dont u give try urself??i mean u think or imagine designs make or get it by any tailor but ur design will b diff n unique...?

i think any tailor ought to be able to do this for you... can you take samples to show them?
