Yeah, I guess Im trying to look at it from my point of view. Where, if I lived with my husband and had my kids, I would raise them with my own set of rules and someone else might have their own ideas. Even in the same family, siblings have differing views on parenthood. So, does this cause friction in those cases?

I wouldn't want to live in a joint family system either but if my praa or sis wanted to live in my house for some reason for a while, I wouldn't mind that.
What I'm saying is, I've seen it work when siblings live together after marriage.

That's what skype, phoning, meeting and all other forms of communication are for.
I'd not want to live/interfere in my siblings lives just because I am close to them.

It is not being self centered. When you are with your parents then everything in the house runs according to their rules/routines, etc. When you are married, you already have to adjust with your spouse and on top of that living with a sibling who already has a completely different personality compared to yours. Your relationship can go bad on really small issues which can be avoided if you are in your own places.

well im a little young......but my thinking is tht yes together.....bcoz my family..mean my dad and mom and sibilingz.......are here in canada all alone...lolz.....mean there arent with any any kind of family here........and whn i wnt to pk.....the way my cozn life....like with there other coznz.......i think tht they would have more fun and exitment in there lifez bcoz........they can go to there chacho or khala or mamu......and so on.........so u have more than one person in family to chill with......

You and your sibling get married and purposefully buy a house with enough room for two families and live like that forever.
