I’ve played football a few times on heels:smack: Silly I know but it was spur of the moment things.Did a pretty good job.
At my cousin’s wedding I fell off the coach (I was looking after the auntyjis, so decided to go sit with them in the coach rather than go with the family in the car), as we were getting off the coach, I fell down the steps and into the chauffeurs arms. Was so embarrassing. Still have not lived that down to this day.
Heels were not designed to be used as running shoes, that’s what trainers are for!

Did anyone see the Miss Universe pageant where Miss USA fell in front of a million people? It was all over the papers the next day.

There is a technique to running in heels :D you don;t let ur heels really touch the ground, its sort of tippietoe running so the front of your foot goes down first. Try it, its easy :D

although I must admit I have walked LONG LONG LONG distance in heels long long long time ago! What was I thinking !

How do u guys get used to wearing heels for long periods its gotten so bad for me now that i cant even wear flats, my feet hurt, i can only stay comfy in flipflops

I can barely walk in them, let alone running! For me, heels are worn when i know i'll be sitting down and wouldn't have to walk that much. Otherwise, I always go for flat shoes.

Ladies heels are bad for our feet period. Try to minimize wearing them whenever possible. I hope to specialize in foot and ankle surgery after med school and trust me its not a pretty picture to see what will happen to your feet if one continues to wear heels.
