HI!
I suppose it would vary according to the job you are applying for i.e teacher, designer, engineer, sales person, etc.
But the general questions like what you are expecting in your pay, your earlier experiences, why u r leaving, etc etc would remain the same i suppose.

here is a link that may help you in preparing. One really important thing I have heard is that research about the company that you are inerviewing with, starting from their Mission Statement to maybe the blogs that are posted about them…that is if you have enough time.It always impresses the interviewers and also gives you some ice breakers.

If you are starting take job interviews as a learning experience.
I hope you get you fav job in first interview, but if that don't happen don't feel bad.
As I said you are going to learn lot from it.
