Try posting on classifieds...40 chest size is a medium in ladies size . That's a common size so hopefully you should be able to find something you like. Xenab Ansari and some other designers have outlets they work with in Uk. Have you contacted Prototype. She might know somebody in UK....or have ready wear available for sale that she could ship. That's a beautiful design and would take at least 4 weeks or longer to make....

Home based designers are your usually your best bet....
