If yes, then what’s the best time and how much strenuous it should be?
Re: Does any one Works out in Ramdan here?
Nice question Chipotle. I like to hear the answer also.
If people could also tell where they live cause in North America, Ramadan is getting longer and longer and its almost impossible to work out even after iftaar or before Sehri.
Re: Does any one Works out in Ramdan here?
I've done it myself before and intend to do it again. My preferred time would be either between Asr and Maghrib or after Isha/Taraweeh. Some of my friends used to go to the gym after a light iftar.

Re: Does any one Works out in Ramdan here?
What I'm planning to do is a cardio workout (~25 minutes) on the treadmill. I don't know if I'll be able to keep it as long and as intense as it is outside of Ramadan. After this type of workout, I have to wait until after my shower before I drink anything anyway. My normal routine used to be that I would do the workout after my after Fajr sleep, so I haven't eaten anything since at least 9 hours by that time. The fasts this year however will be about 18 hours long, so that should be interesting.
Re: Does any one Works out in Ramdan here?
Well I would like to work out but I have a hard enough time doing it outside of Ramadan
so let’s see.
Re: Does any one Works out in Ramdan here?
Since you are already eating less during Ramadan, you don't have to burn out more. Just 20 minutes light walk would do you good.
