hello frnds does any 1 knows the effecive home remedy for irregular periods becoz i heard he dr 's medicine is not good for this prblm it will more harm to body so i want to know the home remedy plz

Try evening primrose oils! Also take iron supplements! Consult a good gynae!

There has to be a cause for irregular periods.And that cause needs to be found and treated and a doctor is the best person to do so.
I would suggest that alongwith herbal and/or natural remedies,you consult a gynecologist as well.

Cancerian, Irregular periods in majority of the cases is due to a cause .. unless you treat that cause , no matter what you do , will sort out this issue ..

I seriously recommend that you get some basic hormonal tests done, you dont have to take any medicines immediately but its extremely important that the cause be diagnosed. In majority cases its the hormonal imbalance which can lead to period irregularity which inturn can cause fertility issues.. hence the quicker you pay attention to this , the better it will be for you.

Once you know the diagnosis, then it will be easy to know if herbs and usual home remedies will be good enough to help your case or not.

u may try a desi syrup by HAMDARD or QARSHI like ''Khaatooni'' or Mastureen''...... it wl do u good if not... consult a doctor.
